Since its launch in 2023, AddnAide has continued to grow. What started as an app created by Council on Aging to address the national home health aide shortage has evolved into its own organization with an expanded mission: improving access to self-directed care programs and partnering with Area Agencies on Aging beyond southwestern Ohio.
